Day 1 - Explore Bhimbetka - Amargarh - Tawa
The city of lakes, as it is popularly called, Bhopal is surrounded with picturesque landscapes. The city is blessed with abundant natural beauty & captures a piece of every traveller's heart.

Bhopal airport, about 13 km northwest of the city center, is well connected to cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune and Raipur. Taxis are available from the airport to reach the city center.
Bhopal is on the Delhi-Chennai main line. Major trains going from Mumbai to Delhi via Itarsi and Jhansi also go through Bhopal. Local buses and auto-rickshaws are available to reach the city center.
Regular state run and private bus services connect Bhopal with Indore, Mandu, Ujjain, Khajuraho, Pachmarhi, Gwalior, Sanchi, Jabalpur and Shivpuri.

The nearest airports to Tawa Madhai are Bhopal (120 km) and Jabalpur (270 km).
Tawa: Itarsi railway station is 35 km away, while Bhopal is 120 km away. Both are well connected to major cities like Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai and Ahmedabad via different routes. Madhai: Sohagpur is on the main rail line between Kolkata and Mumbai and is also well connected to Jabalpur and Bhopal. There are regular trains to Itarsi, Bhopal and Sohagpur from where Madhai is 17 km by road.
Regular bus/cab services are available from Bhopal (120 km) and Indore (268 km).

Day 2 - In Tawa Madhai
From Amargarh waterfalls, Tawa Dam is approx 80 kms. It is set amidst lush greenery, and offers much scope for adventure.
Day 3 & 4 Sightseeing in Madhai - Pachmarhi
When it comes to planning a road trip in Madhya Pradesh, Pachmarhi is one of the most opted destinations to explore. With scenic waterfalls and several picturesque locations, queen of Satpura is the most happening picnic spot too.

Bhopal airport (195 kms) is the nearest airport. Major airlines connect Bhopal to various cities in India that include Gwalior, Mumbai and Delhi.
The nearest rail station is Pipariya (50 kms). It is on the Mumbai-Howrah line and is well connected to major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai and Bangalore.
Bus services to Pachmarhi are available from Bhopal, Nagpur, Jabalpur, Chhindwara, Pipariya and other places. There are 7 buses daily to Bhopal which take just 6-7 hours. Buses are operated by the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation as well as other private companies.

Day 5 - In Pachmarhi - Tamia - Patalkot
